How are you enjoying Secrets of Eden? I got 25 pages into it and then needed to return it to the library.
Holy cow, what happened to the formatting?!
Jess: That's about how far into I am too. I hate when that happens - when you have to bring a book back to the library before finishing. All the books I'm reading next are library books; I hope I get to them before they're due!
I have renewed books so often at the library they don't even blink anymore. If I can't renew, I keep a running list and take them out again later, if I have time.
You managed to read a very eclectic list of books, I'm impressed.
Hope you enjoy your week and the rest of the books.
Hi Lynne - you had some amazing reading the past two weeks. Now I need to peek at some of those reviews :)
Have a great week!
That's a lot of books :) I hope you've enjoyed them all!
A couple of good reading weeks! Hope it continues for you.
I was able to read two books on mother's day! They were YAs.
Aah .. I wish I could read Secrets of Eden. I quite like its cover! Cutting for Stone has been pricking my interest every now and then .. Hope you are enjoying both reads! Even then, reading on your iPad will be a great experience! :)
I'm going to get "Cutting for Stone" for my Kindle with my Mother's Day loot!
Jenners: oh good! I'm loving it, and I think you will too.
You did well catching up with the reviews. Look forward to your thoughts on Secrets of Eden which I have waiting to be read soon.
Happy reading!
I just ordered "Cutting for Stone" for my Kindle with my Mother's Day loot since it was a chunkster.
And in answer to your question "You're in month 5 of your book buying ban, but of the 46books you've read this year, you bought 16 of them. Is your ban only for full price books?"
Those were books that I bought BEFORE the book buying ban and have been reading this year!!! I stockpiled a bunch in hard copies and on my Kindle to get me through the year!
I really enjoyed Inpatient with Desire and I know that a few others that have as well. Gabrielle Burton is also a really nice person:)
Just wait for the ending of The Secrets of Eden!
