Favorite Sayings

Ever since I can remember I've enjoyed sayings, metaphors and similes, and I always wished I'd kept a collection of my favorites.  I'll add to these as I remember ones I love or see new ones.  I'll write the author's name next to it if I know it.

MY FAVORITES
If I miss one workout, I notice the difference, if I miss two workouts, my teacher notices, if I miss three workouts, the world notices.

Body in motion stays in motion, body at rest stays at rest (meaning, if you have a lot to do, don't sit down or you'll never get back up  :)

Every ending is just a beginning in disguise.
