Sunday Salon

My husband has been gone for four days so I attempted a "review" marathon to catch up. I did a few, but ended up messing with my template, and let's just say I am computer illiterate and didn't know you had to save your widgets separately. So, yep, lost 'em all, including my Followers! Makes me look like I have no friends...lol. Back to square one. Here's some advice: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

I'm reading The Unnamed right now, by Joshua Ferris. I had seen it on a couple of blogs. At first I didn't know what to think of it - it's kind of bizarre - but then I got comfortable with Ferris' writing, which sucks you in with its descriptive prose, and now I'm really enjoying it!
I also bought A Reliable Wife by Robert Goolrick, so that's up next.

What about all you other Sunday Salon-ers? Whatchya readin'?

First of all, I absolutely love your header. I think it may be one of all my all time favorites and this is coming from a cat person (who loves dogs too;-)

I have A Reliable Wife in my tbr pile. I'll get to it someday!

Kristy: I love cats too and have had several over the years. Isn't that a funny header? My step-mom took that picture of my dad's and her dog Emma, who will let you do absolutely anything to her.

Awww! Lost all your followers?! That's terrible. I will be your friend.

And your header is amazing. You should feel proud. (Even if you did lose all your followers....)

Sorry that you lost some things when editing your template. I have re-followed! Although, I did get notice of this post.

Love, love your header.

I just forwarded info on Saving Cinnamon to friends and family. My sister is involve with animal rescue and I know she'll love it. Thanks for the recommendation, and happy Monday!
